About Dondie S. McNickle
Dondie S. McNickle is the Founder and Principal of The Metavallo Group and loves to facilitate and encourage committed corporate teams towards increased excellence and expanded growth. Dondie has over 25 years of increasing leadership experience serving the federal government information technology and management consulting industry. She has a proven ability to build and operate successful P&L organizations within both Fortune 100 companies and entrepreneurial startups. With a wealth of executive experience managing both service delivery and business growth organizations, Dondie has an ability to build and motivate teams, develop strategic partnerships, and successfully manage client relationships.
Prior to founding The Metavallo Group, Dondie was Vice President for Homeland Solutions at CRGT, Inc. where she was responsible for corporate growth within National Security and Law Enforcement federal agencies. Prior to this, Dondie was the Chief Operating Officer at G&B Solutions, Inc., where she managed the day to day operations and oversaw annual revenue growth from $18M to $40M in three years. Previously, she was VP and General Manager at Northrop Grumman, managing a $100M, geographically dispersed organization building large scale systems integration solutions.
Dondie earned a B.S. in Computer Science from ORU, an M.A. in Practical Theology and an M.A. in Human Services Counseling from Regent University. She is passionate about winning and loves to work with others who desire to win with excellence.
